Territory Sales Officer:
The role of TSO a critical role for the growth of the Company. He will be responsible for overseeing the sales operation of your company in a particular geographical area. The position will involve a high degree of domestic travel (To expand the distribution network in the assigned territory)
Responsibilities:
• To manage the present dealer network.
• To meet the day-to-day requirements in terms of:
• Getting orders from the dealers as per assigned targets.
• Collecting payments and reducing outstanding.
• To ensure that the credit notes reach the dealers on time.
• To maintain account clarity with the dealers.
• To expand the network in terms of new dealers.
• To initiate field development w.r.t. new sign boards & painter meets.
• To brief the dealers on the new schemes and the target products.
• To conduct regular meetings with influencers such as architects, building contractors, housing societies, painters, etc for business development.
• To ensure proper visibility of our products at counters.
• To fill the plan & daily reports in CRM.
• To achieve targeted weighted reach & numeric reach in his territory.
• To achieve targeted CCD reach in his territory.
• Manage inquiries/leads, conducting regular follow up of the entire team
Educational Background and Work Experience
• Any Bachelor Degree
• Candidates MBA will be given more preference.
• Demonstrated experience and success in a similar role.
Key Competencies/ Skills:
• Product Knowledge
• Knowledge of the product application process
• Strong influencing and collaboration skills.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Location- Noida, Lucknow, Muzaffarpur & Agra, Jaipur, Mumbai
Compensation: Up to 7 LPA
