Role: - TSI / TSO (FMCG Company) Location: - West Bengal / Odisha Notice Period: - 0 to 30 days Job Responsibilities: - Purpos Planet, an innovative scientific Food & Beverage manufacturer located at Kolkata, West Bengal with the section of Food & Beverage, having their product distributors across India is looking for regional sales executives with minimum 0.6 months of experience in B2B sales. Experience in FMCG - Food & Beverage would be preferable. Purpos Planet is a strategic response to the new emerging lifestyle changes in the post-pandemic world. We have reinvented ourselves to create and deliver new business experiences to our stakeholders and consumers. • Job Profile: - Managing/Supporting Distributor Partners in Eastern India - especially West Bengal & Odisha by doing regular visits. - Build and Maintain Relationship with Clients, Shop Vendor, Distributor in Area or Local Wise. - Appoint New Distributors in Various Blocks. Identify new potential customers for the Business Development. - Ensuring Product Placement at all major outlet/retail Stores - Product Demonstration/Promotion to retailers. - Tracking Orders from distributor Partners and ensuring timely delivery. - Achieving Monthly Sales Targets. - Sales Reporting and Forecast. - Collecting Product Feedback from Retailers/End Customers and report to Management. - Identify further growth opportunities - Ability and intense desire to sell - High level of interpersonal, networking and communication skills. Verbal Proficiency in Regional & Hindi language is required. - Strong commercial awareness - Experience in Sales of FMCG-Food & Beverage (General Trade). - Freshers are also welcome.
