Responsibilities :
Daily or weekly report on the visit & execution plan.
Responsible for business development in the allocated area as per pre-defined plan.
Achieve business development as well as Sales Targets.
Daily visit to Interlock Tile manufacturing unit based on targets and ensure maximum productivity from the visits.
Properly educate the customers regarding our products.
Properly communicate the schemes regarding our products.
Responsible for studying and analysing customer purchasing patterns.
Ensure on-time payment collection.
Collect customer feedbacks and address the concerns properly without any delays.
Monitoring competitor sales activities within the assigned territory.
Travelling required – 100%

Basic MS office
Requirements and Skills:
Education: Any graduation. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities (preferred).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Work Mode:
This is a field-based position with no requirement for daily office attendance. Work will be conducted on-site at designated field locations.
Transportation: Must own a two-wheeler (mandatory)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
