We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive specializing in LED lighting products, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in sales, particularly in the LED lighting industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Bhopal region to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our LED lighting products, their features, benefits, and applications, and effectively communicate these to clients.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies to drive sales growth.
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses, tracking key performance indicators and providing insights to management.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of experience in sales, preferably in the LED lighting industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
Knowledge of local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor landscape in the region.
