TEST ANALYST (JOB NUMBER: LON0004+5)
Direct Responsibilities
Ø Preparing test plan, test scenarios, and test scripts ( System testing, Integration, UAT testing)
Ø Carry out tests and identify defects to qualify a release for UAT/production
Ø Performing Gap analysis
Ø Interact with Business to understand the scope
Ø Preparing the test estimates for the given requirements
Ø Identifying the risk & coming up with mitigation plan for the scope
Ø Supporting in client testing
Ø To provide clarification to all business queries
Ø Testing experience in Investment banking, Middle office transaction processing.
Contributing Responsibilities
Ø Performing automation scripting using Selenium / UFT
Domain knowledge:
Ø Knowledge in Fund accounting
Ø Capital markets
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Ø Good SQL Knowledge
Ø Hands on knowledge in Automation tools – Selenium / UFT
Ø Tools (Maven, Jenkins, Git, Subversion, SONAR, JIRA)
Ø Good written and oral communication, especially enabling visibility and transparency
Ø Continuous improvement mindset
Ø Pragmatic approach to enacting change, in individuals and groups
Ø Collaborative mindset
Education Level:
