Summary:As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve leading the team, designing and implementing automated testing solutions using Selenium, and evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:Lead the team in designing and implementing automated testing solutions using Selenium.Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Selenium.Good To Have Skills:Experience with Automated Testing.Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.Experience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.Solid grasp of programming languages such as Java or Python.
