We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Test Automation Engineer
In this role, you will:
• Designing, developing and supporting test automation scripts for test infrastructure and providing automation solutions for ETL data pipelines.
• Work as part of cross functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process from requirements definition through to delivery
• Devise test strategies to adequately cover requirements, develop high-level test scenarios that implement the strategy, and elaborate scenarios into detailed test cases
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to develop and maintain test schedules within established project management methodologies.
• Take full ownership of and maintain a robust QA environment, including test databases and system deployments
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience is required for this role. Strong programming skills in JAVA or Python to develop Test automation frameworks using automation tools like Selenium, TestNG and Junit.
• Strong experience in test automation with TOSCA. Hands on experience using source control systems such as GitHub
• Strong experience in GIT, Maven and JMeter. Solid experience in SQL and ETL testing and Strong in writing SQL queries
• Experience in Test management tools like Jira. Strong knowledge of QA methodology in AGILE.
• Solid Understanding of industry standard Test plan, test strategy and test management
• Solid Experience in integrating test automation within CI/CD pipeline. Expert knowledge of writing technical documentation/defects and issues
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skill.
