• Develop and execute automated test cases to diagnose issues and bugs
• Creating test data when required.
• Improve and automate based on daily allocated test cases.
• Creating and executing batch or unattended test execution
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders impacted by technical blockers being self-managed through to resolution
• Collaboratively deliver tasks that involve SME's outside immediate squad/team to complete
• Constructively contributes to the continuous improvement of the squad/team
• Provide and execute the agreed project Automation testing strategy
• Take ownership of building, enhancing and maintaining Automation test cases for our platforms
• Support the testing team on the coordination and execution of automation frameworks
• Taking business and technical requirements and applying a “tester” mindset and skills to build quality through the life cycle
• Testing front and back-end systems using a combination of web services, test harnesses and custom test tools
• Be a subject matter expert and contribute to the ongoing strategy of testing
Undertake any other tasks assigned by your manager that you have the capability to perform safely in line with relevant internal Group policies and external regulatory requirements.
Experience:
Total Experience: 4+ Years
• 4+ years (Relevant experience) of test automation experience
• Expertise inAutomation Testing tools using Tricentis Tosca, Selenium/LeanFT
• Possess basic Tricentis Tosca Certifications – AS1, AS2, TDS1 and TDS2
• Scripting – LeanFT or Selenium with either C# or Java
• You’ll be an Automation engineer, with experience in modern testing
• You will have experience working in Agile development and automation testing methodologies and tools as well as supporting tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Team City/Github
• You’ll have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
• You'll enjoy a challenge and understand that in a start-up the key to successes is being self-motivated, collaborative and jumping at the chance to pitch in and get the job done
