Key Duties & Responsibilities
• The candidate must possess strong communications skills;
• Open to learn and migrate to new technologies;
• The candidate needs to have attention to detail and the ability to balance and prioritise multiple projects;
• The candidate must be a flexible, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
• The candidate needs to have work experience Automation using selenium
• The Test Automation engineer also must support the framework/s, for example, supporting dev/qa with issues using the tool. The engineer will implement automation test scripts. Integration with the test management tool is also planned.
• The Test Automation Engineer must be able to take on leadership responsibilities and influence the direction of the automation effort, and its schedule and prioritisation.
• The Test Automation engineer will work with management, developers, and quality assurance personnel, to meet these goals.
Required Skills and Experience
• Minimum 3-4 years experience as a Test Automation Engineer/QA/Software Tester
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Strong in QA Automation in Selenium
• Must be highly self-motivated, proactive and self-sufficient
• He/she will review product requirements, functional and design specifications to determine and prepare automated test cases.
• He/she will work closely with various Dev team members to understand testing objectives and ensure that problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Location & commitments :
• Bangalore location
• Contract role for 3 to 6 months
• Hybrid working mode(3 days office, 2 days WFH)
