Lead the transition from the existing QA team, ensuring knowledge retention and minimal disruption.
Define and drive test automation strategy aligned with the application and business needs.
Oversee the completion and stabilization of the test automation framework (using a combination of
tools like Python, Pytest, Playwright, Requests or Boto3).
Ensure automation scripts remain stable amid UI changes and functional updates.
Provide leadership in integrating AI-driven testing methodologies.
Actively participate in project meetings, sprint planning, and release discussions.
Ensure test automation is fully integrated into the release pipeline.
Proactively communicate test status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders
