Tester III - Software Testing

The Opportunity
Quality Systems Group (QSG) is a global team having complete ownership of managing the Quality Management System for the Organization. This includes creating new QMS documentation, revising/updating existing documentation and converting existing documentation. Candidate will also be responsible for quality checks of QMS documentation routed in the QMS tool based on Organization’s document control guidelines.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Standardize content as per Organization’s document control guidelines
• Execute conversion of existing documentation into standard template as required.
• Create/Revise documentation
• Creating new documentation/revisions based on offline inputs given by stakeholders.
• QA Checks for QMS Documentation à Conduct QA checks for documents routed in QMS tool and whether they meet all Organizations’ document control guidelines. Provide inputs to improve the QA checklist.
• Handling service tickets related to QMS from global stakeholders.
• The job requires the candidate to work with stakeholders in US time zone. The candidate needs to work in swing shift / afternoon shift with work concluding around 11 PM India time.
Education And Experience
• Engineering Degree (Preferred)
• 2-4 years of experience in Documentation / Tech writing
• Expert level knowledge in tools like MS Word, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint etc.
• Communication skills (Writing): Ability to take complex, technical information and translate it for internal stakeholders and consumers who have nontechnical backgrounds.
• Detail Oriented Candidate with prior experience in Tech writing for QMS Documentation is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of ISO +001:2015 standard is preferred.
• 2nd Shift- 2pm to 11pm
