Education Qualification- B.E / B.Tech/ B.SC IT/ BCA
Preferred Location - Western suburbs, Central suburbs upto thane
Minimum 3-6 Months of Industry Experience
Providing 2nd line service desk telephone, BAU support
VIP and Executive support;
Incident resolution via phone & service desk;
Investigate Production problems/requests and suggest recommend resolutions.
Effective Communication - Ensure effective communication is maintained through timely sharing and exchange of information across the team
Ensuring IT governance, standards, procedures and regulations are adhered to at all times.
Thoroughly understand Product, Procedures and Functionality
Check Documents, Procedures and Systems to ensure high-quality, functional products.
Takes responsibility for adhering to project plans ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time
Performs review, analysis, gap analysis and evaluation of Business and User Requirements
Interaction with Negotiation with Partners on Efforts and Timelines
Delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development

Salary: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
