Who we are looking for:
Under supervision of a Product Owner or Business Analyst, the Tester will engage in various workstreams, special analysis and testing relating to technical aspects of the business product - loans.
Provide testing support to Supervisor to ensure all deliverables are produced and dispatched on time in accordance with Loan HQ Program milestones
What you will be responsible for:
As Business Tester, Senior Associate, you will:
Understand how loans work from an operational perspective on WSO and MCH
Analyse operational processes
Develop test plans to achieve the enhancement solution
Provide timely and professional responses to all enquiries
Keep Manager updated with regard to project testing progress
Demonstrate flexibility by supporting different workstreams
Maintain standards of personal and professional performance/behaviour
Demonstrate good time organizational skills in order to meet deadlines relating to projects and daily work

Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and database applications

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor's degree in Finance/Business/Technology related field
2-4 years’ industry experience ideally in loan operations
Excellent English
Additional requirements:
Weekend availability will be required on monthly release dates
