QualityKiosk Technologies is looking Delivery Head ( Quality Assurance) having experience handing large team sizes (100+) from Indian Banking & Financial Services Domain Experience.
Work Location: Mahape, MBP, Navi Mumbai
The incumbent will be an experienced leader with a proven capability in leading multiple teams and contributing to overall organizational goal attainment. The incumbent should possess extremely strong communication and influencing skills and be familiar with Industry's best practices in terms of Technology, Process and Governance. Collaboration with internal stakeholders along with the right attitude and flexibility to adopt is key as also the ability to work in partnership.
This role will drive portfolio performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improve the delivery excellence, account size and profitability.
Required Experience:
• 15+ years of experience in the IT Industry, preferably worked in service-based IT industry
• Must have strong testing background with proven experience in Indian Banking sector, having experience in handling delivery and automation.
• Must have handled a portfolio size of more than 50 Cr.
• Must have handled large clients in the space of quality engineering space, outcome led engagements, etc.
• Should be able to interact with Senior Management and CXO level.
• Must be extremely high on learning especially technology space.
• Must have experience handling a large team size (Minimum 100+ members).Must be able to drive the structure process and building highly efficient team.
• Should have experience in solutioning along with delivery.
• Must be able to building solutions around banking domains.
• Must be able to collaborate and working within organization with cross functional team for successful closure of organization initiative.
• Proven large team management capabilities, process capabilities, solution building and usage for internal solutions, and growth & innovations initiations.
• 10 years of proven capabilities in strategic project management and leading mid to large service oriented large teams driving the profitability, customer success and people success agenda.
• Proven experience in leading Agile, DevOps, technology and digitization automation driven projects.
• Possesses strong BFSI domain knowledge (Preferred Indian clients)
• Strong delivery and technology excellence.
• Strong understanding on business value to be delivered to client with appropriate cost/ quality
• Should have worked closely with Pre-sales for new logos and new solutions and ensuring financing, efficiency etc
• Accountable for Revenue targets and maintaining good Gross Margin.
• Delivering ROI & BVR on Automation for the client.
• Should possess and have good understanding of Test automation solution and implementation
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
• Kick-starting new programs/projects for existing and new clients.
• Managing Accounts Co-ordinating with Test Manager & Test Lead.
• Managing client escalation, People issues, requirement etc.
• Understanding existing clients, upcoming IT projects & IT budget etc
• Working closely with the existing team – QK Account sales team for new logos and new solutions offerings.
• Contributing on Marketing & white papers.
• Working with Finance on billing and invoicing issues.
• Resource planning, coordinating with RMG, TA etc.
