Purpose of the Role Responsibilities:
The Testing Manager will oversee all testing activities across the BFA deployment, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-to-end validation. The role ensures quality assurance across data, enrichment logic, and reporting outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for all phases of testing.
Validate that developed processes and outputs meet business requirements.
Coordinate UAT activities with SMEs, FinOps, and Data Operations teams.
Oversee defect management and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Support go/no-go decisions by providing assurance on test outcomes.
Maintain testing documentation, scripts, and evidence in line with HSBC standards.

Maintain detailed traceability between requirements and test evidence.

Identify risks related to data integrity and functional gaps.
