About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Textile Designer with 3+ years of experience in the home textiles industry. The ideal candidate should have strong design aesthetics, trend knowledge, and hands-on experience in product development and bulk production processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop innovative designs for home textile products (bedsheets, cushion covers, curtains, upholstery fabrics, etc.).
• Create CADs, repeats, colorways, and technical design sheets for production.
• Understand customer requirements and customize designs accordingly.
• Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to ensure timely execution.
• Research market trends, colors, and fabric innovations.
• Prepare design presentations for internal meetings.
• Ensure designs are production-friendly and cost-effective.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design / Fashion Design or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in home textile design.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, printing techniques, weaving, and embroidery.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, NedGraphics, etc.).
• Good understanding of market trends and buyer expectations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of costing and sampling process.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
