About the Opportunity:
This role is pivotal in designing the prints for the garments of the Aramya brand.
???? Expectations:
• Generate innovative design concepts that resonate with our customers, drawing inspiration from market trends, cultural influences, and customer feedback.
• Create detailed Print Files and technical packs to bring design concepts to life, iterating and refining based on customer feedback.
• Research & analyse the market to monitor current fashion trends, collections, customer preferences and competitors to strengthen brand image and maintain competitive positioning against key brand-consumer targets.
??????? Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Textile/ Fashion design from NIFT/NID.
• 3+ years of work experience in Print Design.
• Openness to work from the Jaipur office.
• Demonstrated experience in high-level aesthetics and creative ability.
• Ability to create technical packages of prints and garments both.
• Ability to use softwares for designing such as illustrator, corel draw, photoshop.
• Hunger for learning and growth, and therefore, wants to join an early-stage startup.
• Full understanding of Print Design and practical knowledge of Bulk Printing.
• Knowledge of Fabrics.
• Problem solving approach.
