Your key responsibilities
• Managing Syndicated and Bilateral deals (New drawdown, Re-pricings, Pre/re-payments, Deal Building and Facility setup in Loan IQ (LS2) System.
• Clearing Past Dues & WIP Items every day.
• Deal with Client issues regarding Loan Interest and Fee.
• Handle Escalations and Queries from Clients, TFDM & Treasury Team.
• Manage and ensure compliance (KOP, Ops manual etc.) with internal policies and audit and regulatory requirements.
• Support and achieve excellent partnership with TFDM/On-shore team.
Your skills and experience
• Min. 3-4 years experience in Loan Operations.
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Good Team Building skills
• Able to be execute and take necessary action to ensure operational risks and standards are not compromised
• Experience in a centralization set up would be added advantage
• Knowledge of Loan IQ related products
• Flexible to work in late night shifts.
