Role Description
The Trade and/or Transaction Analyst provides operational expertise and independent governance to achieve timely, accurate and complete transaction management for the bank and, where relevant, the bank’s clients. The Trade and/or Transaction Analyst's responsibilities include technical, transactional and logistical input into the leadership team to ensure the bank operates with the right balance of quality, flexibility control and cost. This is achieved through collaboration across businesses and divisions in an environment which maximizes control and minimizes operational risk, whilst maintaining exceptional client or internal customer/stakeholder (as appropriate) service levels.

Your key responsibilities
• Monitor volume inflow and workflow allocation in a justifiable manner.
• Ensure all team members performs all the assigned tasks as per the process timelines.
• Co-ordination with Business/Finance to resolve any open tasks/Breaks.
• Conducting regular meetings with business to understand their requirements.
• Preparation of reports to management and conducting weekly breaks calls with management.
• Escalation of pending issues to Business/Finance/Management.
• Ensure Quality Assurance of all such transactions per the requirements of the KOP & KPI.
• Process all kind of loans activities (viz. roll over, rate sets, pay downs, commitment changes etc.) and continue to meet SLAs for such operations
• Process and generate necessary reports to various stake holders as per the required timeline and frequency (including problem solving on issues, if any).
• Assist with various projects, analysis, process improvement/re-engineering measures and other initiatives of the group in addition to regular deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to DB Values and Beliefs, control and compliance policies
• Carry out all other regular activities of the group as and assign the work to other team members.
• Ensure adherence to all cut-off times and 100% accuracy is maintained.
• Ensure that all queries/ first level escalations are responded to within the time frames
