Job Description
Deutsche Bank is seeking a highly experienced Vice President to lead its Global Lending Operations in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and expertise in complex policies, processes, and regulatory requirements related to lending operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of sourced transaction processing for a particular country or region
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate changes relating to operational requirements and ensure understanding by relevant target audiences
• Identify, analyze, and review operational readiness for change-related activities
• Define requirements for standardization of processes and policies, translating changes for an operational environment
About the Role
This is a senior leadership position that requires a high degree of people and change management skills. The successful candidate will be able to remain objective, raise areas of operational risk exposure, and maintain effective working relationships with the line and other areas within the bank.
Your Skills and Experience
• A minimum of 15 years of business experience in operation management
• Strong background and sound knowledge in Lending Operations, managing teams of 50 FTE or more
• Lending Product knowledge and experience in managing EMEA and US lending teams
• Effective decision-making and leadership skills, good analytical skills, and high attention to detail
