Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate TGT English Teacher to join our team at our CISCE School. As a TGT English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language teaching to students in grades 6 to 10.
Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons that cater to the needs of individual students and the overall class.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance student learning and understanding of the English language.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes active participation and student engagement.
Assess and evaluate student progress through regular assignments, tests, and examinations.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on their performance and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.
All other tasks related to the subject expertise and class-teachership, assigned from time to time.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor / Master in English with B.Ed.
