Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery: Conduct vocal music classes focusing on Hindustani Classical, Light Classical, and Bollywood/Western songs.
Technical Training: Teach voice modulation, breathing techniques, pitch accuracy, and musical theory.
Performance Preparation: Prepare students for school assemblies, annual functions, inter-school competitions, and cultural events.
Ensemble Management: Organize and train the school choir.
Assessment: Evaluate student progress in music theory and practical performance.
Extracurricular Engagement: Organize musical activities to promote vocal health and artistic expression. Indeed +4
Required Qualifications & Eligibility
Academic: Graduation (BA or B.Mus) in Vocal Music from a recognized university.
Professional: B.Ed or equivalent teaching degree (often required for TGT roles).
Experience: Previous teaching experience in a reputable school is preferred.
Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian Classical vocal techniques, proficiency in at least one accompanying instrument (e.g., Harmonium, Tanpura), and good communication skills
