You will be closely working with the content, operations, and business development teams. This will provide ample opportunities to carve out your niche and gain teamwork experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with the team to produce the final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Pre-Requisites for the Job
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
A strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of the design language of the brands.
Experience of working in an agency/a basic understanding of how an agency works.
Candidates with video production knowledge will be preferred.
