Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Analyze and assess the performance of online advertising campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaign strategy- Develop and maintain effective paid search campaigns - continually optimize through ad copy testing, keyword analysis, and bidding strategy- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights- Brainstorm and execute new and creative growth strategies- Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase retention of existing users- Analyze the performance of all Marketing campaigns and suggest improvements- Improve the overall performance by focusing on various stages in user journey (funnels)- Responsible for delivering on key marketing KPIs for clientsCompetenciesStrategic - Ability to deliver results in ambiguous situations with limited direction; follows through on action items without follow up; self-motivated and driven to create business value; entrepreneurial approach to problem solving; willingness to take calculated risks.Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information; collects and researches data; designs work flows and procedures; conceptualizes complex problems through sensible decisionsProblem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions;Intelligent - Displays original thinking and creativity; meets challenges with resourcefulness; generates suggestions for improving work; develops innovative approaches and ideas;Education and/or Experience- Bachelors/Masters degree- Strong analytical and problem solving skills- Proficient in ExcelExperience: 1-3 yearsCandidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
