Are expanding our team due to the success of our opening year. Recently Finalists in the European Casino Restaurant Awards, and with sites on Rosettes and above, now is the time to join us.
We are offering a fantastic opportunity to build your career as a chef and be trained by our kitchen team. All you need is a passion for food, and a drive to develop yourself.
We know that to be the best, you need to work with the best people. You will get to work alongside our NEW multi award winning Head Chef Jack Bradley. Jack has achieved Rosette accolades in a number of restaurants as head chef up to 3 Rosette, as well as short listing in the craft and guilds National Chef of the Year.

• Learn & Produce our menu's to spec
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
• Work with our Head with Menu Development
• Be part of our Rosette Journey
• Have previous experience in a face paced kitchen
Qualifications
WHAT DO I NEED?
Just like the perfect dish, you will need a few ingredients....
• Have a passion for cooking with fresh produce (if you know, you know!)
• Have a great eye for detail - ( it really matters)
• Be a fun-loving, social, team player ( its you that makes the difference)
• 1 years experience in fresh produce
