The opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to come and join us, so if you are looking for variety and excitement and the chance to be part of a friendly, multi-cultural and hardworking team then read on as we have a fantastic opportunity for you.
The Operating Theatres at Manukau Health Park are amongst the busiest and most exciting places to work. This is part time, fixed term position until January 2027, working 48 hours fortnight Monday to Friday between the hours of 6:30am 3pm. The ideal candidate will have to be available and flexible to cover on annual leave and sick leave etc at short notice.
About you:
This role involves communication across a diverse group of patients therefore the successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a strong customer service focus. You must be able to demonstrate being diplomatic, polite and assertive whilst remaining calm under pressure and providing efficient clerical support to the team.
The ideal candidate will need to have;
Experience in the use of PiMS and/or Concerto
Proven Experience in Customer service / Reception setting
Experience in the Healthcare Sector
Working at Health New Zealand
