Overview
The Therapist plays a crucial role in the mental healthcare field, offering essential psychological support to individuals facing various emotional and mental challenges. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records and progress notes.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and services.
• Facilitate workshops or support groups as needed.
• Educate clients and families about mental health issues and coping strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress on treatment plans.
• Stay updated on the latest research and therapeutic practices.
• Advocate for clients and connect them with necessary community resources.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain confidentiality.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior therapists and interns.
Required Qualifications
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• State licensure as a Therapist or Counselor (e.g., LCSW, LPC).
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic interventions and methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity.
• Proficient in maintaining electronic health records.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Competence in crisis management and intervention techniques.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and education.
• Familiarity with psychological assessment tools and techniques.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficient in conflict resolution and mediation skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt treatment approaches as needed.
