Implement brief and longer-term intensive clinical services to foster carers and families to strengthen family relationships, support placement stability, enhance attuned and sensitive caregiving, and support the family’s emotional wellbeing.
Provide specialist case consultation to the MDT (Social/Case Workers, Support Workers and external agencies) to support foster families in Out of Home Care (OOHC) arrangements, including informing the care provided to each unique child or young person.
Take a lead role in promoting reflective practice and offering capacity building to support the internal staff team in developing their implementation of therapeutic practices.
