Resumo da Posição The Memory Solution Team (MST) Solution Product Development (PD) team is a new Team that is being setup in SSIR to build HW for the products like SSD, PSSD and Memory Cards. With this new capability, Samsung Semiconductor India Research (SSIR) will have End to End ownership of many of the Samsung products. The responsibilities of this team is to deliver best HW and debug for any quality or customer issue. The team will be responsible for power and performance characterization of complete system as well as individual block like Memory and Host interface. In order to build world class Product Development team at MST-SSIR, we are looking for Technical leaders and self-driven Engineers who want to innovate Reponsabilidades Evaluate a thermal solution for portable Memory storage product Thermal estimation according to the power consumption such as skin temp., top surface temperature of controller/NAND PKG, etc. TDP (Thermal Design Power) guide at not exceeding given power specification Make thermal policies such as DTT (dynamic thermal throttling) Evaluation of thermal methodologies and TDP guide for developing SSD product Analysis of Failure mechanism of a Thermal solution Automating instruments and Data Collection using Python or any other scripting language Técnicas e qualificações Good understanding of material characteristics and property. Good understanding of the operation of SSD product. Simulation and Analysis of Thermal Fluid. Experience in Thermal measurement instruments Excellent programming skills in a scripting language like Perl/Python etc. Experience on simulation tools like Flotherm etc. Ability to work with global teams with very diverse cultures Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
