Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Gather and evaluate user requirements & Collaborate with development teams and design delightful UI
- Create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
- Take a collaborative approach to work with motivation to develop your skills by taking ownership of new challenges and have a genius interest in solving complex business problems.
- Ensure that the product is working properly at all times
- Create the user interface of products such as an app, website, or any other interactive media
- Research the user's needs at the project's beginning, including conducting user interviews & surveys, engaging in prototype testing, driving competitive analysis, etc.
- Develop UI mockups for websites, admins and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Incorporate user feedback as needed
Requirements and skills :
- 4 to 6 years of Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Must have UX Portfolio. Having detailed case studies is preferable.
- Must have knowledge of Phone/mobile responsive; Admin & User facing designs
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe HD, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator & motion designs
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, user flow , information architecture, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Creative vision for design and execution across web and mobile with a clear understanding of modern web browser
- Sound with HTML5 and CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various managers
- Good time-management skills
- Bachelors in Design, Computer Science or relevant field (Any design related degree is acceptable)
