The TIBCO Admin Lead manages the TIBCO landscape, designing, implementing and supporting an enterprise-wide integration platform and data interfaces for the Schlumberger Business Applications ecosystem. Responsibilities include developing ETL, ESB, MFT and other integrations according to technical design, adhering to development standards and process.
TIBCO Admin Lead identifies, publishes and communicates strategic technology standards, frameworks and roadmaps for TIBCO landscape. Drives design for a secure, efficient and adaptable future state model.
Researches and recommends opportunities to adopt new landscape technologies, analysing impact on IT infrastructure.
Assists Solution Architects and Project Managers in managing licensing and matching technology services to specific business needs.
Maintains awareness of current practices and future trends in application integration technology and best practices. Represents the IT Integrations landscape team during reviews with other Infra teams.
