Job Overview:
Design, develop, and maintain solutions using TIBCO EBX system. Collaborate with business and technical teams to configure workflows, integrate systems, and ensure data quality and compliance
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, configure, and deliver TIBCO EBX applications end‑to‑end, including data models, workflows, and user interfaces.
• Integrate EBX with enterprise systems using APIs/connectors and ensure system stability through production support and troubleshooting.
• Perform testing and optimization, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning.
• Ensure adherence to data quality, governance policies, documentation, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead/mentor developers, designers, and support analysts.
Required Skills:
• Strong hands‑on experience in TIBCO EBX development, configuration, and customization (Java, SQL, scripting).
• Solid knowledge of MDM concepts, data governance, data modeling, and Asset Management principles.
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), ETL tools, workflows, security, and role‑based access in EBX.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, build scripts, artifact versioning, and rollback strategies.
• Good understanding of relational databases and performance optimization.
• 5+ years of IT/application development experience with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, plus hands-on expertise in IT Asset Management lifecycles (HAM & SAM).
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
