Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Ticketing Agent to join our travel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking, issuing, and managing airline tickets, handling reissuance and cancellations, and providing clients with efficient and accurate travel support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle domestic and international flight bookings via GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as per client requests and airline policies.
Provide fare quotations, best routing options, and manage PNRs effectively.
Keep track of ticketing deadlines and fare rules to avoid penalties.
Maintain records of bookings, payments, and client preferences.
Assist with travel insurance, seat selection, meal preferences, and special service requests (SSR).
Work closely with the Visa, Holidays, and Accounts departments for seamless travel planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Travel & Tourism or Hospitality).
1–3 years of experience in airline or travel agency ticketing.
Proficiency in GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
