Requirements and skills:
Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc.)
Excellent knowledge of travel software (GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) Maintain relationships with key Persons
Collect deposits and balances
Create and update electronic records of clients
Attending conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends
Work with cross-functional teams as and when required
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction level
Other duties as assigned
Added Advantage:
Proven working experience as a Travel Consultant.
Added Advantage: Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field Other Skills / Abilities:
Telephone etiquette Fluency in English Communication. (Preferred Multilingual) Ability to balance multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ready to work in Night Shifts
Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach
Demonstrable ability to handle crises
Experience in Travel industry, Air Ticket Booking or knowledges of Amadeus / Sabre / Apollo / Galileo will be preferred.

Salary: 15,000/- to 40,000/- per month
Salary based on skills and experience.
