Ticketing Agent Job Duties
Answer customer inquiries for International / Domestic ticket in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
Assist customers with ticket purchases, changes, refunds etc.
Scheduling flights based on customer needs and available flights.
Collecting payment from customers for airline tickets and co-ordination with accounts
Entering customer information into a computer system to issue tickets or update records.
Explaining airport rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights.
Processing boarding passes and checking identification of passengers prior to travel.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in IATA for ticketing and fares.
Minimum 2 years experience in ticketing.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
Salary : Salary will best in the market and also depend on the level of education and experience.
