We are looking for a person who has an understanding of PNR Creation, Issuance, Reissuance,

Changes/Cancellation, Rescheduling and a good knowledge on GDS.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• PNR Creation, Issuance, Reissuance, Changes/Cancellation, Rescheduling.
• Will be coordinating with Airline and customers over the phone and emails.
• Responsible for Revenue generation for the company.

Requirements:
• Good Geographical Knowledge i.e., City codes, Airport codes, Airline hub etc.
• Minimum 3 Year of Hands-on experience in Domestic & International Ticketing.
• Good stability background.
• Good in Written and verbal English skills.
• Willing to work 24x7. (No Night Shifts For Girls)
• Ability to perform under Pressure.
• Must have GDS Galileo and Sabre hands on experience.
