Job Description
· To give information about post visa product services (Domestic & International Flight Ticket, Insurance, Accommodations, International SIM Card, International Driving Licence) to the clients
· Filling enquiry forms for each client & get the sign if client visit office.
· To give information about post visa service to Foreign Education, Immigration, Non-Immigration clients and direct walk-in (Non-registered) at different stage.
· Coordinating with suppliers to provide the services within the deadlines.
· Responsible for collection from client and booking from supplier within deadline.
· Declaration form to be signed by client before ticket booking.
· Responsible to follow the BSP cycle of suppliers on time.
· Send e-mail to the client for “Thank you for availed our services”
· Provide the information or other works given by management.
· Maintain sheets (RCPL Work Sheet, Inquiry Sheet) and registers (Ticket, Insurance, Accommodation, SIM Card & Refund).
