Position: BPO Executive

Location: Ahmedabad (On-Site)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven BPO Executive to lead market research initiatives, generate leads, and drive business growth through strong client engagement. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless execution to enhance customer satisfaction and company success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify leads for our software products and platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and enhance sales pitches.
• Understand client requirements and effectively demonstrate how our software solutions align with their needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new sales opportunities and provide insights for business strategy.
• Provide accurate product information, including features, pricing, and technical specifications.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system for accurate sales reporting and tracking.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Manage multiple communication channels (phone, email, and chat) to ensure timely and effective customer engagement.
• Execute targeted outreach, telesales campaigns, and promotional strategies to expand the company’s client base.
• Utilize negotiation skills to successfully close deals, ensuring positive outcomes for both the company and clients.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve disputes efficiently, ensuring smooth client relations.
• Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve product offerings and strategies.

Key Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Proven experience in lead generation and telesales, with a track record of converting leads into sales.
• Proficiency in cold calling, cold emailing, and other outbound sales techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on relationship management.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced BPO environment.
• Adaptability to dynamic business settings and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in execution.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for streamlined processes and efficiency.

Education & Experience:
