About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative TikTok Account Manager to take full ownership of our brand’s presence on TikTok. This role goes beyond content & product management you’ll strategize, create, and optimize engaging content; manage product showcases and TikTok Shop integrations; analyze performance data; and drive audience growth through innovative use of TikTok features.
You will be the key person ensuring our TikTok ecosystem — content, commerce, and community — thrives and aligns with the company’s marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities1. Account Strategy & Growth
Develop and implement a comprehensive TikTok strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Plan and execute TikTok campaigns aligned with seasonal trends and marketing goals.
Stay updated with TikTok trends, algorithms, and features to optimize content strategy.
2. Content Creation & Management
Ideate, script, and oversee the production of high-quality, trend-driven short videos.
Collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and creators for campaign content.
Ensure consistent brand tone, style, and storytelling across all videos.
Manage content calendar and posting schedules.
3. Product Management & TikTok Shop
Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory on TikTok Shop.
Coordinate with product and e-commerce teams for smooth product integration.
Optimize product videos, live streams, and showcase formats to increase sales.
Run TikTok Shop promotions, discount campaigns, and affiliate programs.
4. TikTok Ads & Paid Promotions
Plan, execute, and monitor TikTok Ad campaigns (In-Feed, Spark Ads, TopView, etc.).
Collaborate with the media team to set budgets and KPIs for each campaign.
A/B test creatives and analyze performance to optimize ad results.
5. Live Streaming & Influencer Collaboration
Plan and manage live streaming sessions — from scripting to execution.
Partner with creators and influencers for product collaborations and brand awareness.
Track performance and ROI of influencer campaigns.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor account metrics (views, reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions).
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Use TikTok Analytics, Creator Studio, and third-party tools for deeper analysis.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams for seamless campaigns.
Coordinate with customer service to address TikTok community queries and feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience managing TikTok or other short-form video platforms (min. 2 years).
Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and audience behavior.
Experience with TikTok Ads Manager and TikTok Shop.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and video editing knowledge.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategies.
Creative thinker with a passion for digital media and emerging trends.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency with tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere.
Experience in influencer marketing and community building.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations and product lifecycle management.
Understanding of SEO for social media and hashtag optimization.
