TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.
The Consumer Marketing & Brand team creates engaging stories and initiatives to drive awareness and improved consideration of the UK TikTok Shop Platform, working across Marketing Partnerships, Social Media and CRM.
Responsibilities：
- Conceptualise innovative video ideas that resonate with our target audience and align with our marketing and brief objectives.
- Oversee the progression of content through various stages of production, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting deadlines.
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Perform shooting and video editing tasks to create polished and professional content.
- Work across consumer and B2B marketing briefs creating content for social media, events, internal initiatives and many other formats.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Must be in your penultimate year studying a Bachelor's degree or above in Filmmaking/photography/multi-media, graduating in 2026.
- Must be available in June 2026 for 12 weeks
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro) and good understanding of After Effects.
- Good understanding of cameras, lens and equipment to produce content.
- A portfolio showcasing your work, particularly in short-form video content.
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative, innovative personality that is always thinking outside of the box
- Goal oriented, results driven and work well on a team as well as independently
- A natural passion and enthusiasm for all things social media
