Responsibilities
Complete full tile installations including layout, cutting, setting, grouting, and finishing
Prepare surfaces including underlayment and waterproofing systems
Read and interpret plans and layouts
Install ceramic, porcelain, stone, and specialty tile products
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
Protect finished surfaces and client property
Work independently and as part of a team to meet project timelines
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of tile installation experience
Strong knowledge of tile materials, substrates, and installation methods
Own professional tile tools
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Ability to work with minimal supervision
