The Discount Tire Team is seeking a friendly, responsible, reliable, and hardworking individual to join us for the 2025 Fall/Winter Season.
Previous tire technician experience is a mandatory requirement. Additional automotive experience is an asset.
As a Tire Technician, you will work alongside our skilled team that is committed to delivering high-quality, efficient service to our loyal clientele.
In summary, your role at Discount Tire would entail these core responsibilities:
Inspect, mount, balance, and install tires on a range of vehicles
Perform seasonal changeovers, tire repairs, and rotations
Advise on tire condition and replacement needs
Organize new and used tire inventory, including customer tire and wheel storage
Maintain a clean and orderly workshop
Work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, sleet, snow or shine!)
Collaborate with team members to meet daily service goals
Job Type: 1x Full-time & 1x Part-time - 4 Month Seasonal Contract with possibility of further extension.
Starting Wage: $23 per hour, ranging up to $32 based on past experience. End of Season Bonus for successful completion of seasonal contract.
