Job Type: Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time)
Salary: $17.20–$25.00/hour (base + performance bonus)
About the Role:
Canadian Tire Sheppard and Leslie (Store 1+2) is currently seeking motivated and reliable Tire/Lube Technicians to join our team. While this role starts as part-time, it has the potential to transition into a full-time opportunity. If you're a team player with a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:
Must have your own tools (impact gun, socket set, etc.)
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving abstract
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
Completion of online training modules (TIA & Hoist Training required within a specific timeline)
Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and extended hours during peak seasons (April–May & November–December)
Must be local to the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) — no out-of-country applicants
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience at Canadian Tire is a strong asset
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced automotive service environment
