• Manage / new existing customers and implement various business strategies for driving cross-sell on the portfolio.
• Drive business objectives though periodic campaigns with analytical segmentation.
• Tracking and analyzing the perodic trends on portfolio , identifying customer , category and behaviour type.
• Improve customer experience and reduce cost.
• Drive usage / retention and manage customer lifecycle through analytical and segmented programs.
Position Responsibilities

1. Understanding of Banking & Digital Regulations: Knowledge and understanding of banking regulations and guidelines to ensure products are conceptualised, designed and implemented within the regulated boundaries to realise the business goals
2. Portfolio Strategy "Drive effective cross- sell and numbers through channels available.
Ensuring book growth by various interventions and continuously track the progress of the Portfolio.
Portfolio Management – Plan campaigns – campaign design & construct, offer and channel management, response/conversion tracking till closure.
Enabling the channels to achieve business numbers
3. Process Initiatives:
Develop new processes and improve existing ones to be able to better communicate and engage with customers
Set up processes to be able to engage with customers via digital, physical and physical channels
4. Product Streamlining / Digitization:
o Work along with relevant stakeholders touch basing changes required towards simplifying of processes
o Picking up services/processes for automation / enhancement for improving customer service
o Betterment of product offering or services impacting customers

o B.E/B.Tech/B.com or equivalent

• 4-6 years of digital campaign management, hands-on experience in customer engagement / retention marketing
• Strong understanding of portfolio management, revenue per customer, customer life-time value, upsell and cross-sell
• Strong data driven marketing skills with ability to derive business insights from qualitative and quantitative data and translating into marketing campaigns
• Experience in working in cross-functional teams and ability to influence key stakeholders with data driven and insightful point of view
