Responsibilities
To supervise the statutory Compliances such as timely payment of Labor Funds, Withholding Taxes and other Statutory Liabilities. All utility payments done in time
To Ensure all vendor payments made in time and posting of payments in sub-ledger
Ensure Bi-Weekly Bank Reconciliation of all Bank Accounts and get them signed from CFO
Ensure the tracking of all Employee Advances against Foreign Travel and for other purposes Following up with employees for settlement of Imprest Advances on timely basis
Ensuring timely submission of Bill of Entries for advance outward remittances
Ensuring updated details of Employees and Assets to be provided to Insurance Company periodically and payment of premium thereon
Experience in managing the monthly closing of financial records, posting of month end information like Interest, Calculation and posting of Forex Gain/ Loss and other related transactions and ensures the accuracy
Provides accounting assistance to the team and the operating staff, responds to financial questions, concerns to meet business needs
Preparing Bank/Cash reconciliations
Dealing with Bankers/Lender Institutions
Drive efficiency, accuracy and value- added initiatives
Handling audit queries and resolution in a timely manner
Adhering to KPI/SLAs in TCM Process
Qualification, Experience/Competencies
Graduate/ Post-Graduate from Commerce Stream
5-10 years of relevant experience in dealing with the bank and banking transactions
People management skills
Process orientated, committed to achieving process excellence, Client Management
Experience in automation or transformation of F&A; processes
Other Skills
Interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, superiors, and other stakeholders
Strong analytical, Time Management and Good Presentation skills
Strong English communication skills
Organized with keen attention to detail
Technology/ERP
Must have working knowledge of Dynamix 365
Must have ERP experience – SAP, Oracle, D365 etc.
· Understanding of MS office mainly advance Excel
