JR 1 Handling Break Even and Cost to Income Preparing monthly MIS on Cost to Income Daily Analysis report of branches not meeting Breakeven / higher cumulative losses / not achieving Cost to Income Handling day to day branch queries on breakeven / cost to income Providing MIS to Branches / Cluster Heads / above Visiting branches Pan India Concal with Clusters / Circles with high number of branches pending breakeven / Cost to Income JR 2 Periodic reports Periodically and Quarterly making Trend analysis for Improving and tracking the cost of all parameter of Branches GAP analysis for concerned area Cost to Income Quarterly update on reports to GH Review of products offered in Retail branches Review of branch banking Staffing (Sanction V/s Actual) Regularly sending shared Resources master to Fincon for allocation of cost of shared resources serving other branches. Analysis on Branches bases on the participant in Lab training Analysis on Banking on BM. Reviewing CC-65 on various parameter of cost and identifying the loopholes/Wrongly Debits and making the Cost budget for next financial year Analysis to improving the staffing cost JR3 Area Allocation New branches Calling up Branch Managers / providing them with process and link for Area Allocation. Ensure all branches complete area allocation within 15 days from date of launch. Liasoning with Finance team for update of branch details in portal Follow up with branches for completion of Area allocation/ JR 4 Complaint Management Ensuring Complaints are closed within the TATAssisting BMs & CHs for closing the cases and liasing with concerned units where there is a dependency to close. JR 5 Branch Waiver Approval System Fetching records from BWAS portal on daily basis and review the stamp duty absorption cases approved Review if they have been processed as per the approval grid and share it further for further processing to relevant stakeholdersEducate Branches on the process for cases that have not been approved as per the approval grid
