Work Experience 6+ years of relevant experience (Preferred) Job Responsibilities Job Description 1 Ensure adequate documentation of all quality related documents/ files 2 Ensure the laboratory set up & maintain material testing laboratory, calibration of laboratory equipments and other measuring equipments at site. 3 Ensured to be upload the test results of all inhouse and outhouse materials in SAP for acceptance or rejection . 4 Plant product ( Concrete,Bituminous ..etc) to be check & confim to the specifcations prior dispatch to site 5 Participate in quality meets with subcontractors on regular intervals and ensure necessary documentation 6 Prepare monthly quality MIS report 7 Assist site in-charge - QMD on quality and system SAP & SOPs related matters. 8 Assist site In-charge -QMD to Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of nonconformity reports + Maintaining organization's image for quality consciousness. 10 Assist site in-charge - QMD for source approvals of various material& eshtablish economical mix design as well as uploading in SAP for HOD approval 11 Any other task as per instruction of Site In-charge -QMD 12 Uploading of all credentials of various sources in SAP for HOD approval and forwaded to client after consent of Site Incharge -QMD 13 Ensured all material to be checked prior commencement of any site activity 14 Periodic monitoring of NCR issued by the client ,follow up for early closer and keeping track
