• Identifying new business development opportunities
• Develop a strong presence within territory with both customers and partners
• Drive revenue and deliver quarterly target numbers
• Understand customer problems and work with technical team to build solutions.
• Presentation of solutions to Senior Management in customer organizations.
• Commercial negotiations and close orders for products and services
• Work closely with partner organizations and build joint go to market strategy and execute the strategies.
• Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels.
• Creating pitches and proposals including requirements gathering for successful conversion of leads.
• Understanding and analyzing business technical requirements from clients.
• Conducting introductory calls and following up with clients both online and offline.
• Responsible for Revenue generation
• Nurturing leads and follow-ups.
• Relationship management with existing and potential clients.

Skill Requirement

MBA/ PG /BE/B.Tech with 5+ years in sales majorly in domestic sales in Enterprise Software/ IT Solutions/ Software (SaaS)- Government Vertical/Cloud Solutions
• Must have Track record of meeting the quota numbers from year-on-year
• Must have significant experience with face-to-face presentations to executive level decision makers
• Must have passion for growing businesses.
• Must have knowledge of Cloud, Data Center, SI, Web Hosting.
• Must have deep understanding of sales
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.
• Must have strong decision-making, and problem solving skills
• Must be dynamic, self-motivated and a good team player.

• Excellent communication skill and ability to communicate Deloitte’s Service Offerings for DigiGov at market place
• Excellent client relationship skills and strong connect/network with C class executives in Government
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
• Will work with management team to identify appropriate business opportunities from new and existing clients
• Will prospect for potential leads, uncover needs within those prospects and qualify those leads to the wider team at the company
• Set up of meetings with appropriately qualified contacts ( decision maker’s in Government)
• Anticipate and recognize any client requirements in order to close any sales
• Coordinate opportunities from prospect through to engagement closely with Deloitte’s team
• Ability to monetize business opportunities through measurable outcomes.
• Research, communicate information and any early intelligence about target clients
• Assist in creating a strong pipeline of opportunities
• Strong follow up with client in closing opportunities
• Should be multi tasking and lead a portfolio of 3-4 projects independently
• Work collaboratively with the company's resources to define the approach and strategy for achieving client requirements and presenting the same to clients
