Turnkey Technology is well established company and has been in business over 25 years. Significant growth in the past 5 years plus a desire to be the leader in plastic injection moulding guides us to invest in the addition of a tool and die maker. Plastic injection moulding manufacturing is our primary business with the need for new injection mould builds and maintenance on a daily basis to support our diversified and growing customer base.
Job Description:
Must be able to:
build a plastic injection mould from concept to completion
repair existing moulds
perform maintenance on moulds as required
setup and program CNC machine (Deckel Maho with Siemens NX)
setup and program CNC EDM (Sodick with LN1)
use various manual machines: Milling, Lathe, Surface Grinder, etc…
use a variety of precision hand tools and measurement devices
interpret drawings and engineering specifications
demonstrate ability to learn new skills while having a strong attention to detail
show self discipline, initiative, adaptability, and be highly motivated for excellence
follow company policies and procedures
prioritize work in a team environment with a positive attitude
identify improvements that can implemented at reasonable costs
communicate in english orally and written
lead the way in safety practices
Ideal candidate will have:
at least 5 years experience (required)
red seal tool and die maker credentials
Job Type:
permanent full time 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
