• Strong hands-on coder with a track record of independently developing and scaling internal platforms/tools
• Able to balance short-term deliverables with long-term architectural thinking
• Lead the architecture and development of internal tools, dashboards, and micro-platforms using Python, Streamlit, and open-source frameworks
• Demonstrated experience integrating ML/AI models into real-world tools and systems

• Experience in stakeholder management and requirements gathering from non-technical users
